We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2-4 years of corporate or search firm, progressive recruiting or research experience with a focus on passive candidate generation & engagement and implementing strategies
- 2-4 years of experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing, candidate management & tracking, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, CRM and ATS systems, web search, and other sourcing products
