Parts Counter Associate - Heavy Equipment Dealership

Cisco Equipment Rentals is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers and technicians with parts inquiries, sales, and inventory management for heavy equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a parts counter or similar role, preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment brands such as Linkbelt, JCB, Hyundai, Caterpillar, Komatsu, or John Deere is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
