Job description
The Manufacturing Quality Engineering team ensures that every product leaving the factory meets Cisco’s high standards for quality and reliability. The team collaborates closely with manufacturing partners, design engineering, component engineers, and operations to proactively identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
As a Manufacturing Quality Engineering Technical Leader, you will own the strategy, implementation, and governance of Cisco’s manufacturing quality programs, driving systemic improvements and ensuring consistent product excellence. You will work across manufacturing partners, NPI projects, and site moves to mitigate quality risks while fostering best practices.
This role requires a strong leader with experience in quality and/or manufacturing engineering, as well as experience managing and resolving complex quality issues on a production line. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in manufacturing.
