Job description
The Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO) Testing Engineering team is a vital part of Cisco’s Manufacturing ecosystem, focused on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of manufacturing processes and products. This team drives innovation and operational excellence by developing and executing rigorous testing strategies that support Cisco’s global manufacturing footprint.
Develop, implement, and execute test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes and products. Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues and optimize testing methodologies.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
