Requirements

• 0-3 years of work experience, preferably within banking domain
• Good written & spoken communication skills with proficient knowledge of English
• Mandarin language (spoken and written) preferred
• Previous experience in financial services preferred
• Knowledge of banking products in the scope of opening and maintaining bank accounts
• Customer communication experience (internal/external) preferred
• Flexibility, team spirit, loyalty
• High attention to detail
• Good PC skills (Excel, Word)
