The Client Onboarding Senior Analyst will contribute to the development of new techniques and improve processes and work-flow for the area or function.
Requirements
- Define, document, and manage business and operational requirements.
- Translate needs into detailed specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Analyze system scope, define outcomes, and identify capability gaps.
- Propose solutions, including data sources and process changes.
- Create insightful reports with causes, impacts, and solutions for system/business issues.
- Communicate complex information clearly to all audiences.
- Act as a liaison between business, technical teams, and vendors.
- Provide expert advice, ensure compliance, and manage conflicting requirements.
- Actively participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Utilize SDLC tools to track requirements, manage tasks, document progress, and facilitate team collaboration.
- Assess and mitigate risks, safeguard the firm's reputation, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
