Citi is seeking a Java Development Lead - Equity Finance - Vice President to lead the development of the Post Trade platform in Tampa. The role requires strong expertise in Java and agile delivery, with experience in system analysis, programming, and project management.

Requirements

• Resolve high impact problems/projects through evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
• Provide expertise in Java and advanced knowledge of applications programming
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of business areas and integrate them to accomplish business goals
• Serve as adviser or coach to mid-level developers and analysts
