City's Quality Lab Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by conducting tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet City's standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of a Science degree from an accredited college or extensive micro laboratory/brewing experience (Preferred degrees in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Science and Chemical Engineering)
- Minimum of 2 years practical, production, or laboratory work is preferred
- Effective analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of statistical methods and computer skills
- Exhibit knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrument maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting
- Experience in quality department in food manufacturing, brewing, or processing environment including interactions with customers/vendors is preferred
- Strong leadership and team skills
- Ability to partner well with team members all levels and departments across the facility
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including, weekends and holidays to support a 24/7 environment
