Parts Expediter

The City of Fort Worth is hiring a Parts Expediter to manage the procurement, delivery, and inventory control of vital materials and equipment for its Field Operations Division. The role requires coordinating day-to-day supply operations, managing warehouse inventory, and expediting urgent requests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED certification
• Specialized training in inventory management, accounting, purchasing, or related field
• Three (3) years of experience in purchasing, sales, or inventory control
• Possession of, or ability to obtain a Forklift Operator certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work a 24-hour emergency call back rotating schedule
