Production Operator

The Live Event and Media Production team is seeking skilled Technical Operators to support the delivery of festivals and events at Celebration Square, Meadowvale Theatre, Paramount Fine Food Centre, and the Living Arts Centre.

Requirements

• Set up and configure production systems (lighting, audio, video, cameras, staging, rigging, etc.) and provide programming in accordance with event requirements.
• Review and interpret event documentation, including plots, input lists, and cue lists, to ensure accurate execution.
• Troubleshoot technical systems and perform onsite repairs as needed.
• Lead production crews during setup, operation, and changeovers.
• Follow best practices while ensuring the safety of staff, venue, and equipment at all times.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, supporting skill development and growth.
• Perform onsite equipment maintenance to ensure all systems remain in good working condition.
