BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT

Join the Technology Services Division as a Business Transformation Consultant where you will play a key role working with business and technology experts in leading analysis, process design, business analysis and requirement management and support delivery of business technology implementation.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business, computer sciences, or in a discipline pertinent to the job function or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation and documentation, and contributing to RFQ/RFP/RFI, as well as experience in analysis, improvement, modelling, and implementation of business processes.
• Experience in stakeholder management with a high level of ability to influence and negotiate outcomes effectively with a broad spectrum of diverse stakeholders.
• Well-developed skills, including presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to apply those skills using a wide range of media with numerous stakeholders including clients, senior management and other third party stakeholders.
• Superior analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in ambiguous environments with a positive can-do attitude achieving concrete results.
• Ability to think critically and challenge the status quo to ensure robust and innovative solutions.
