This position is for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Ventura, Santa Barbara, or SLO County. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and producing new client business.
Requirements
- Prior B2B sales experience a must, preferably in an outside sales role
- Demonstrated success with cold calling, both over the phone and in the field
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing territories
- Outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to lead client meetings and effectively communicate our service offerings
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with operations and other sales team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
