Join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions of Tulsa as a Part-Time Bilingual Evening Janitorial Lead. As a Janitorial Lead, you will oversee Independent Contractors and ensure the cleanliness of clients' facilities.
Requirements
- Maintain regular nightly route schedule
- Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route
- Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards
- Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors
- Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings
- Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends
- Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
Benefits
