
Job description
Lead the execution of client engagement, retention, ascension, and referral initiatives to create raving, loyal advocates. Manage contractor performance, compliance, and agreements. Supervise Night Managers and coordinate staffing.
Oversee client retention and service expansion, manage contractor performance, conduct inspections, review client feedback, and implement corrective actions. Assist with invoice collection and maintain accurate documentation.
Proven success in client retention or service roles, strong relationship building, and excellent communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.
