As a small team, we all wear many hats and enjoy tackling new challenges. We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment who’ll shape the direction of the engineering organization and how we operate as we scale.
Leading and developing a fast-paced engineering team, providing clear direction, feedback, mentorship, and coaching. Owning planning and execution across projects while helping engineers stay unblocked, focused, and aligned.
We're looking for builders who still know how to code even if it's not part of the day-to-day. You'll have a high-trust team, real ownership, and the chance to do the most meaningful work of your career.
