Job Description
The Civil Engineer Practice Leader will oversee project design, client communication, permitting, and management for commercial and residential development projects. The position will be responsible for expanding the civil practice and collaborating with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors.
Requirements
- Active PE license
- 10-15+ years of proven experience in site design
- 5+ years of previous employee management experience
- Self-motivated, team-oriented individual
- Strong communication skills
- AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
