Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering with leadership experience managing engineering teams
- Currently working as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead in a product-based organization
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and NodeJS
- C# experience preferred
- Language agnostic mindset with ability to work across technologies
- Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineers
- Experience managing large-scale product or platform initiatives
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures
- Ability to balance technical leadership with people management responsibilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable collaborating with globally distributed teams
- Experience driving AI/ML-based automation initiatives is a plus
- Comfortable working from office 4 days a week
