Job Description
The Assistant Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Coach will assist the Head Swimming & Diving Coach in all facets of the program, including team training and practices, recruiting, team travel logistics, scholar-athlete development, and compliance with NCAA Division III rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous collegiate participation and coaching experience
- Experience in recruiting academically focused scholar-athletes
