Engineering Manager

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers building end-user facing features for our AI-powered platform. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years of leading engineers, and hands-on experience with Python, React, and Typescript.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years leading engineers as an engineering manager
• Hands-on experience with Python, React, and Typescript
• Strong collaborator who builds alignment between Engineering, Data, and Product teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to define technical strategy, lead technical execution, and hire, mentor, and grow engineers
