
Job description
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is the company's top technology leader, responsible for setting the technology roadmap and driving the company's shift to a more modern enterprise architecture. The CTO leads a high-impact team of 40+ and must possess refined emotional intelligence, a high degree of integrity, and a proven history of managing complex, modern technology environments.
The CTO will define and execute a multi-year technology strategy, manage the organization's innovation pipeline, and foster a solution-oriented culture. They will also lead the transition from a portfolio of point solutions to a more streamlined, scalable, and cost-effective architecture, and direct a comprehensive enterprise-wide architecture evolution.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background as a CTO, CIO, or Head of Technology, with experience managing complex networks and a strong financial management skills. They will also have a deep understanding of US data privacy requirements and experience managing organizations powered by enterprise ERPs/CRMs.
