Job Description
Clay is hiring a GTME (Sales) Enablement Manager to build and scale how the company enables its GTME (sales) organization. The role involves designing and scaling onboarding and ever-boarding programs, building and running workshops and certifications, and capturing and scaling best practices from top-performers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an enablement or sales role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Technical fluency in data workflows, integrations, and automation concepts
- Experience building and scaling enablement programs, including onboarding, ever-boarding, certifications, and playbooks
