Risk Management Specialist

Clean Harbors is looking for a Risk Management Specialist to join their safety-conscious team to manage Workers Compensation and general liability claims. The ideal candidate prioritizes health and safety, conducts proficient investigations, and negotiates claims for proper reserving and payment.

Requirements

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
• Conduct proficient investigation, evaluation and negotiation of claims
• Maintain effective diary system and document claim file activities
• Perform administrative functions such as filing, check requests, payment/expense tracking
• Compile and complete monthly payroll reporting requirements and annual payroll audits for OCIP programs
• Report all OCIP to correct carriers and manage the claims until closure
