Welder

HPC-Industrial is seeking a Certified Welder to join their team in La Porte, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and performing various welding tasks.

Requirements

• Certified Welder
• SMAW (shielded metal arc welding) experience
• GMAW (gas metal arc welding) experience
• FCAW (flux-cored arc welding) experience
• GTAW (gas tungsten arc welding) experience
• Basic fitting experience/knowledge
• Knowledge of raw materials and understands MTR's and electrode classifications.
• Gouging processes (air carbon arc, plasma arc, oxy-fuel)
• Cutting processes (mechanical and power tools, oxy-fuel plasma arc, air carbon arc, electric arc)
• Quality control
