Lead Maintenance Technician

Lead Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across residential portfolio, performing maintenance tasks, executing unit turns, and coordinating day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of property maintenance experience
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• EPA certification preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
