Job Description
TTerraces at DeKalb is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and conduct preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance work orders, updating software platforms, and providing customer service to residents. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of property management maintenance experience, a positive attitude, and strong verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- 1+ Years of Property Management Maintenance Experience
- General knowledge of plumbing, Electrical, carpentry, appliance repair
- HVAC experience and EPA Certified preferred
- Positive attitude with strong verbal communication skills
