Farm Maintenance Technician

Country View Family Farms is a leader in modern agricultural operations, seeking a Farm Maintenance Technician to maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our farm operations.

Requirements

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues across farm systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Maintain and repair farm equipment such as tractors, mowers, rear blades, and related tools
• Adhere to all safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures and biosecurity protocols
• Complete seasonal and outdoor tasks, including snow plowing, mowing, weed trimming, and general grounds maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; assist with pressure washing and facility cleaning as needed
• Track, organize, and maintain parts, tools, and inventory to ensure maintenance readiness
• Communicate maintenance needs, completed work, and potential issues clearly with farm leadership
