Plant Manager, Multi-Site Operations

Clemens Food Group is seeking a Plant Manager to lead two strategic Pennsylvania facilities: our Hatfield smoked meats plant and our Tyrone bacon production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple production sites or a large-scale food manufacturing facility and will be able to lead through both structure and influence.
