Maintenance Planner and Shift Manager

Cleveland-Cliffs Rockport Works is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Shift Manager to provide frontline leadership to skilled-trades employees in the Pickling Department. This role is responsible for coordinating daily and downtime maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of critical plant systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Commitment to enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with environmental and quality standards
• Strong organization skills
• Proficient computer skills, including database entry, Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
• Proven electrical or mechanical knowledge and basic related work experience
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills
• Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, and weekends when necessary
• Currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
