Shift Manager Mine Maintenance

Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Mine Maintenance at our Tilden Mine site. This position will provide leadership, direction, and coordination within the mine maintenance department by performing maintenance supervisory activities to achieve departmental goals and overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Provide leadership and direction within the mine maintenance department
• Direct, coordinate and motivate personnel to execute established plans and achieve performance targets for the department
• Promote and encourage teamwork
• Follow the site Maintenance Process Standards
• Maintain standard jobs, work orders, APLs, component tracing, cost information and inventory requirements
