Shift Manager Operations

The Shift Manager Operations will direct and coordinate safe production at the Mine, supervise hourly employees, and ensure compliance with corporate and departmental policies.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in technical field or equivalent
• 3-5 years' recent experience at a mining/mineral processing facility or heavy industry
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, delegate, establish, and work in a collaborative environment
• Regular attendance and ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
