Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. Responsibilities include leading the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and building a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting within affiliate marketing, performance marketing, iGaming, AdTech, FinTech or a closely related industry.
• Strong background in recruiting for high-level positions, from mid-senior specialists to top executives.
• Strong understanding of CPA networks, traffic sources, affiliate models, KPIs, and industry terminology.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to manage a large number of vacancies and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
