Climb Credit Union is hiring a Part-Time Contact Center Representative to assist new and existing members with financial needs, provide quality member service, and promote financial products and services.

Requirements

• Provide quality member service through accurate and professional telephone and face-to-face conversations
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell products and services beneficial to members
• Promote and educate members on the credit union's products and services based on members' needs
