Job Description
The Pediatrician provides professional and caring medical care to children and their families. Responsibilities include providing medical care to patients aged 0 to 18 years, taking detailed histories and performing physical examinations, making diagnoses, and providing other medical services.
Requirements
- Current Medical License from the Medical Board of California
- Completion of a pediatrics residency program and Board-Eligible in pediatrics or Board Certification from the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP)
- Drug Enforcement Administration Registration Certification with current DEA registration number
- Skills in written and verbal communication in English/Spanish
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public
- Ability to manage and lead clinic operations
