Engineer

The Clinical Health Network for Transformation (CHN) is looking for an Engineer to support its mission and vision. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and have experience in a multi-state/multi-affiliate environment. The Engineer will participate in technical workgroups, resolve complex issues, and work with service providers and integrators to modify and maintain existing systems. The role also includes working with AI-enabled tools to support troubleshooting, incident analysis, and operational decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work well and build trust with diverse teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as required for 24x7 support
• Strong understanding of cloud, virtual, and physical network infrastructure and network hardware
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot cloud, virtual, and physical network infrastructure
• Demonstrated network security experience in traditional, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Demonstrated experience managing and troubleshooting virtual private networks (VPNs)
• Prior experience providing maintenance and support
• Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
