Job Description
The Financial Verification Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial verification process, supervising a team, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and third-party regulatory requirements. The role requires a strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, leadership skills, and commitment to advancing racial equity.
Requirements
- Supervise a Financial Verification Supervisor and a team of Financial Verification Specialists
- Maintain competence to resolve direct consumer interactions
- Ensure the financial verification team is appropriately staffed with trained employees
- Serve as a liaison with patients, providers, and payers related to financial verification issues
- Act as an advocate for the patient, provider, and CHN relative to compliance with federal, state, and third-party regulatory requirements
