The role involves managing customer IT projects, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with CHN policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT with progressive responsibility
- Experience in financial modeling and budgeting
- Broad technical experience with hands-on expertise
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Prior experience as a Service Desk support specialist
- Professional written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to assess and prioritize problems
- Ability to lead in emergencies
- Demonstrated experience with remote troubleshooting
- Ability to maintain high workload throughput
- Extensive experience with enterprise-level ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently and with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving skills
