
Job description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. This role covers a wide range of HR functions including hiring, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and performance management.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, maintain and update employee records and HR systems, support payroll processing, administer compensation and benefits programs, handle employee relations concerns, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assist in performance management processes, facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires, support training and development initiatives, prepare HR reports and analytics.
The ideal candidate is people-focused, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, interviewing, and critical-thinking skills are required.
