Job Description
The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is a global health organization seeking an exceptional Director of Global Talent Management to lead a critical transformation of its people systems and practices across its global organization. The role will involve building enterprise-wide talent infrastructure from the ground up, creating frameworks for talent development, recognition, and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 5 years in senior talent management roles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities, including working through indirect influence to drive change across matrixed organizations
- Strategic mindset combined with willingness to execute hands-on work — this is a 'roll up your sleeves' role
