Job Description
The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is seeking a Program Manager to support governments in the Asia-Pacific region to strengthen their health systems and respond to the growing pressures of shrinking aid budgets. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience in strengthening primary health care systems, and a proven track record of working with governments and donors.
Requirements
- Degree in health economics, public health, public policy, or a related field
- At least 6–8 years of experience in health systems strengthening, health financing, or a related field, ideally within low- and middle-income countries
- Demonstrated success partnering with government institutions to shape health policy, strategy, and operational plans
- Proven experience engaging with bilateral and multilateral donors or global health financing mechanisms
