Senior Construction Scheduler

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sr Construction Manager for Scheduling and Estimating and provide updates and prepare reports for upper management. The role involves supervising project schedulers, developing and maintaining program schedules, and interpreting construction drawings.

What You Will Do

The Senior Construction Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining program schedules, supervising project schedulers, and performing QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals. They will also perform schedule Time Impact Analysis, Critical Path analysis, and Earned Value analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
