Senior Project Manager II - Construction

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager II to join our team in Los Angeles, California. The successful candidate will have 17 years of experience in project/construction management, with a focus on large programs and educational facility construction. The role will involve managing construction projects, resolving complex issues, and providing functional direction to team members.

The Senior Project Manager II will be responsible for managing and providing construction oversight to OARs, resolving complex construction project-related issues, and developing and assigning performance of OARs relative to assigned construction projects.

Requirements

• 17 years full-time paid professional project/construction management experience
• 5 years of experience in managing large programs with projects having construction values in excess of $50 million
• 5 years' experience in educational facility construction, public works, or large commercial projects
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one year of employment
