We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Pre-Sales Architect to join our specialist team working exclusively on the AWS Small Business Acceleration Initiative (SBAI). You will act as the primary technical advisor across the full sales cycle, from initial discovery through to post-sale handover, helping SMB customers realise the value of AWS.
Requirements
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate (minimum) or higher
- Strong technical knowledge across AWS services including EC2, S3, FSx, WorkSpaces, AppStream, CloudFormation, IAM, RDS, Control Tower, Backup, and Networking fundamentals
- Experience working with SMBs or customers with limited internal IT functions
- A commercial mindset and ability to align technical outcomes to business objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven sales environment
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
