We're seeking a Level 1 Service Desk Engineer to join a world-class consultancy practice at a world-renowned medical facility in London. The role involves ensuring the seamless operation of the hospital's critical cloud and network infrastructure.
Respond to inbound calls, record customer issues, provide technical support, execute hardware configurations, and develop infrastructure documentation.
