Revenue Assurance

The Revenue Assurance Officer ensures that all sales and revenue transactions are complete, accurate, and compliant with accounting standards. The role involves cross-checking sales reports from brands, delivery platforms, and POS systems against recorded revenue, identifying gaps or leakages, and implementing controls to safeguard the company's topline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in revenue assurance, audit, financial reconciliation, or accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes
• Proficiency in POS systems, ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred), and sales/channel reporting tools
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling financial data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Operations, and Tech)
