
Job description
Lead Account Technical Strategist is responsible for strategic technical engagement with customers' business and IT decision-makers. They will develop a technology roadmap to achieve customer's business and IT goals, identify opportunities that increase value creation, and provide technical expertise that informs and impacts sales execution.
Develop strategic partnerships, build trusted relationships with customers, and provide technical thought leadership. You will also orchestrate technical engagement and resources to ensure customer needs are met, navigate various technologies and compatibility factors, and conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
You will be a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and articulating industry trends and insights. You will also be responsible for driving adoption and consumption, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and minimizing churn.
