
Job description
The Principal Solutions Architect - Customer Success will provide technical expertise to clients, working in tandem with the Customer Success Manager to ensure customer adoption and expansion. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing training and enablement, and driving cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include trust building, strategy and execution, expertise and leadership, product knowledge, technical delivery, performance engagements, collaboration, opportunity up-sell, digital library and community development, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in software development, solutions architecture, or a related field, with a proven record of converting strategy into executable plans with measurable results at scale.
