Job Description
The Aquatics Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at the club's pool facilities, providing excellent service to members and guests, and supporting a positive member and guest experience.
Requirements
- Monitor the safety of members and guests in and around the pool during posted hours and special events
- Greet members and guests warmly, assist with check-in, and verify membership or access as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pool area
- Reset and straighten pool furniture at the start of each shift, throughout the day, and before closing
- Build positive relationships with members by learning and using their names, providing attentive service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
- Complete all daily assignments and side work as directed, ensuring pool operations run smoothly and meet club standards
