Requirements
- Maintain exceptional F&B service standards
- Greet members by name and introduce yourself to guests
- Provide timely and attentive coverage of assigned course areas
- Assist members and guests with requests
- Stock the beverage cart with food, beverages, ice, and transaction supplies
- Collect payments and accurately reconcile daily transactions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of available products and upsell where applicable
- Communicate with the F&B Director regarding special product requests or issues
- Clean and sanitize the cart at the end of each shift
- Request and restock supplies in a timely manner
- Assist fellow employees to deliver the 3-steps of service
- Notify management of any member/guest complaints immediately
- Know and follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching golf groups
- Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence
- Follow safe working practices and encourage others to do the same
- Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications
- Address and resolve challenges using available resources
