Golf Shop Attendant

The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for promoting the game of golf and the club's offerings while delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests. The Attendant assists customers with merchandise selections, maintains an organized and visually appealing golf shop, and provides information about club services and events.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or retail
• Basic understanding of golf operations, equipment, and etiquette
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling procedure
