Job Description
Invited is seeking a dedicated Outside Services Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to members and guests at the club. This role supports the golf operations team by assisting with bag handling, cart preparation, and maintaining work areas. The position emphasizes teamwork, excellent service, and a commitment to club standards.
Requirements
- Assist golfers with loading and unloading bags, preparing for play, and answering questions.
- Promote club events and provide golf course guidance.
- Marshal carts, assign them to players, track usage, and ensure they are well-maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf cart barn and storage areas.
